Just came in from a lovely afternoon sailing in the Hudson River around the Statue of Liberty with my husband. It doesn’t get any better than that. I sorted the mail and there on the bottom was issue 163 of Threads Magazine.
I’m in it.
Four pages…
All about working with Handwoven Fabric.
Get a copy… (And make my editors happy…)
Oh Daryl, that is wonderful! What a feather in your cap, 4 pages in a national magazine. I am very happy for you! By the way your sailing picture is super!
Awesome! I will be reading it as soon as my issue arrives. Congratulations.
I love that we’ve seen so many steps along the way, from the weaving to the planning of the garment to the careful matching of the selveges to have the yardage you needed, to the construction and its stellar debut in Long Beach. And now this! I am lucky to count you as a fiber friend.
Congratulations Daryl. Your work is absolutely stunning. Will pick up the mag tomorrow. A friend from the weaving world, Helen Hart

Wonderful! You are awesome Daryl!
